Job Description:
- Processes requests for materials from all offices.
- Loading sales orders daily, taking care of commitment dates for deliveries and route programming.
- Capture of imports in the system and their transfers to each of the offices.
- Program shipments with the different couriers and follow them up until their delivery.
- Sends and controls the guides for the shipment of materials and the documentation of all the offices.
- Prepares the invoicing of orders, as well as quality certificate credit notes when required.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school or finished technical degree. Desirable truncated bachelor’s degree in administrative economics.
From 1 to 2 years in customer service, preparing information reports and invoices.
Desirable in logistics, warehouse management and inventory control.
Computer management, knowledge of Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, some desirable management system.
Excellent presentation.
