Job Description:
– Coordination with the support areas for the attention of the services and the resolution.
– Claims to comply with the SLA’s.
– Follow up on services in progress and plan team activities.
– Control and report staff productivity ratios.
– Report incidents and/or customer requirements.
– Effectively manage the assigned resources (personnel, equipment and supplies), to ensure an efficient service with time reduction, continuous improvement and process standardization.
– Ensure compliance with productivity goals.
Job Requirements:
– Technician in Archives, or Bachelor in Library Science, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Systems Engineering
Experience: Minimum experience of one (01) year in tasks similar to file ordering.
– Documentary management
– File ordering
– Documentary organization and administration and/or Documentary Inventory.
– Analyze compliance with the SLA’s agreed with the client and operational costs of the projects to optimize them.
– Control operational and information security risks associated with the execution of services.
