Job Description:
If we want to be more specific, your primary tasks will include:
- Desk research: targeted and ongoing coverage of the market in relation to relevant candidates, i.a. on LinkedIn
- Updating and searching in our candidate database
- Handling/registration of candidates, follow-up on ongoing candidates, etc
- Preparation of advertisements and job profiles
- Various administrative tasks, including registration in our CRM system etc
- Various GDPR-related tasks, i.a. in collaboration with our Robotics team
- Possible initial screening of candidates/applicants.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or have at least one year or GCC Work Experience
- You have already become familiar with recruitment and/or search in a previous student job.
- You have experience using databases/CRM systems.
- You have strong analytical skills in combination with a good business understanding.
