Job Description:

1. Responsible for the whole process of company personnel recruitment, training, performance management, resignation handling, etc.;
2. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the company’s salary and welfare system;
3. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the company’s performance appraisal management system;
4. Responsible for the company’s meeting management , Contract management, attendance management, bus management, office supplies procurement and other administrative affairs;
5. Assist superiors and relevant departments to do a good job in corporate culture, official reception and other related work.

Job Requirements:

Responsible for the company’s seal, internal publications, reward and punishment notices, etc.

Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, law, public management, etc.;

At least 1 year of working experience in human resources;

Assist the general manager in drafting and formulating various rules and regulations.

Handle general affairs with the government, community, media, etc.

Assist the general manager in handling financial work.
