Job Information:
Your duties include:
- You coordinate and ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and in accordance with the customers’ wishes, and you clearly inform the customers and your own organization.
- You assist sales managers in answering customer inquiries and help with service offers.
- You take care of the processing and input of orders into the production control system, and you maintain a current task list for customers, production and sales.
– You take care of import and export documents and ordering transport, including loading if necessary.
Job Experience:
- More than two years of relevant work experience and proven skills in export sales.
- Ability to manage schedules and organize
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English. Other languages are considered an advantage.
- A degree in business administration, logistics or a similar field.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and Lean (ERP) is an advantage.
