1.- Guide and provide information via telephone or in person to students, parents and the general public.
2.- Take care of and maintain the Reception Counter area in an orderly, neat and organized manner.
3.- Organize training start times, school support, leveling with students and parents and leveling
4.- Reception of new student documents, filing and updating them through the software
5.- Carry out the secretarial tasks that are assigned to it.
6.- Carry out the other functions that are assigned by their superior and the regulations for the fulfilment of the Entity’s mission, in accordance with the nature, main purpose and area of performance of the position.
