Job Description:
As an operational agent, you may be required to work on one or more subject(s) depending on operational needs:
- Insertion of products: main daily mission and obligatory passage. Categorize and match new products.
- Maintenance: data update.
- Opening accounts: participate in the process of creating sector categorization for any new client.
- Quality control: check that operational work respects internal quality rules.
In summary, your role will be to ensure:
- data cleaning (categorization, matching, brands).
- work reporting by giving visibility to the teams.
Job Requirements:
- Profile “solver” you like challenges
- You are versatile, resourceful and autonomous
- You know how to be a source of proposals
- Numbers don’t scare you
- Good level of English, any other language will be a major asset
- Mastery of the Office package (Excel)
