Job Information:
Taking full and broad responsibility for the relationship system with the company’s existing customers, which includes, among other things,
on-boarding, assimilation of the system at the customer,
training on the system, encouraging the use of the system’s features, lowering the percentage of abandonment,
maintaining a high level of service and responding to all customer needs.
Job Experience:
- To be a direct contact of the company’s customers for any need they may have
- Complete training of the system for new customers
- Construction of new profiles
- Proactive approach to existing customers in order to encourage them to use the features of the platform
- Implementation of new features for existing customers
- Basic technical support of the system
