Job Information:

• Customer loyalty, control and containment of possible requests for cancellation of services, following the established protocols.
• Attention to customer calls for the resolution of any query or request related to the contracted service. Expert advice on service, product, maintenance and contracts.
• Involvement and monitoring of cases in a personalized way. Providing quick and effective solutions.
• Registration of information and making changes to existing customer files, and introduction of new registrations.
• Follow up on invoices sent and payments received. Claim of possible incidents due to non-payment.
• Management of promotional telephone campaigns that may arise.
• Derivative administrative tasks and back office.

Job Experience:

Academic training related to Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sales or similar areas.

Previous experience in areas of customer service, contact center, loyalty, customer service in general.

User-level knowledge of the Internet, Word, spreadsheets, and email.

High english level.
