Job Description:

• Lead the Creative work and participate in the briefing of a collective of external creatives who can be activated according to current needs/topics.

• Ensure a weekly follow-up of the agency’s creative workflow.

• Ensure constant monitoring of innovations in communication.

• Translate creative briefs into relevant creative solutions that meet established objectives.

• Also collaborates with internal teams to develop the creative strategy. Additionally also converts complex technical and/or business concepts into compelling visuals/graphics.

• Develops creative directions and key visuals for campaigns or projects.

• Design and produce various communication materials.

• Guarantee the quality of all the agency’s creative deliverables,

• Participates in filming and photo shoots

• Participate in workshops / customer presentations,

• Research and create creative concepts independently or in collaboration with the teams: concept, digital activation operations, Key Visual, storyboard, identity

Job Requirements:

• Culture of communication, digital, image, film, new technologies,

• Versatile, able to work on several software (Image, illustration, 3D…etc).

• Experience and ability to manage a creative team,

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Be a force of conviction.
