Job Description:
- Able to make architectural project modifications,
- Will be able to carry out construction, renovation and manufacturing in shopping mall common areas and areas to be rented,
- Drywall partition, renovation, gypsum plaster repairs, paint, etc. be responsible for the planning and execution of activities together with the technical team and/or service providers within the AVM,
- Be responsible for the repairs, maintenance and controls of floors, stone flooring, marble, ceramics in the indoor and outdoor common areas of the shopping mall,
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from related departments of vocational high schools,
- Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
- Able to use Auto Cad DWG program well,
- Proficient in using MS Office programs,
- Able to work carefully and meticulously,
- Open to change and development, able to work in cooperation and harmony,
- Business follow-up and control skills,
