Job Responsibilities:
Regular visits to stores in the assigned geographical area coordinated with sales and according to strategic training needs. Intensive work with the store manager and vendors.
Act as brand image, collaborating with Retail to implement product strategies, ensuring that the store teams internalize and promote the new collections launched in the store in a correct way, aligned with the company’s standards.
Maintain close communication with Retail to ensure that brand standards are raised to their highest possible. Being the brand ambassador and person of reference in service, customer service and makeup techniques.
In collaboration with sales, identify, design and execute training plans, face-to-face and virtual classrooms.
Execute product training plan, sales techniques, customer service and communication with the assigned teams.
Job Requirements:
Periodic follow-up visits after training, team evaluation and creation of new action plans.
Regularly communicate to the management the updates of the sector, relevant trends, etc.
Experience in Marketing/PR for at least 1 year
Valuable experience as a Trainer
Experience in the Retail sector (Fashion/Cosmetics)
Professional with high communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office
