Job Responsibilities:
Contact to make an appointment for an interview By preparing appropriate interviews and testing.
Organize employee orientation . To training that is beneficial to work
Prepare employment-related documents such as key profiles, employment contracts, appraisals through probation, etc.
Check the working time / leave records, summarize statistics and prepare various reports.
Calculate salary (Salary), wages and other compensation such as commissions, travel expenses, etc.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience
have computer skills
Have basic English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
