Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assisting in the control of the on-site wiring quality, the control of incoming telephone lines, manpower deployment, counseling and managing the telephone answering method of the receptionist and supervising the duty of the receptionist.
2. Inquiry and login of migrant workers and computer system data.
3. Assist in the preparation of dispatch cases, dispatch operations and technical use of the electronic dispatch system, review the content of dispatch cases, and track and control operations after dispatch.
4. Responsible for supervising business execution and handling execution emergencies.
Job Requirements:
- Work experience: need to have customer service related, more than 3 years of work experience
