Job Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the customers assigned to you in the retail and consumer electronics sector and independently ensure professional customer support.
  • You recognize the needs of your customers and offer them concrete solutions based on our product and service portfolios and proactively develop the business further.
  • In close cooperation with various contact persons, you form the interface between the manufacturer and the customer. They coordinate the inquiries, prepare the offers, process the orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • With your customer-oriented nature, you successfully implement the sales goals and specified marketing campaigns in daily business and support the team in obtaining market and customer information

Job Requirements:


A degree in retail (or similar basic training) and further training in the commercial / technical field


Further training as a sales/marketing specialist or comparable further training is an advantage


You are used to working independently and have a high level of customer orientation


Affinity to the IT industry and strong sales and negotiation flair


You have excellent English skills
