Job Description: Senior Lighting Operator/ Team Leader

We require a Senior Lighting Operator with 3-5 years working experience in the same field.He must possess an extensive skill set and qualifications that work together to manage events efficiently. He is responsible for overseeing particular tasks throughout the event planning process. Their duties include meeting with vendors at the venue location to help with set-up, working with staff to ensure the completion of a successful event.
Skills & Functions
- Good Communication skills and strong leadership
- Knowledge with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Visit and assess locations for technical purposes
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with technical team
- A good understanding of lighting specifications, and electricity.
- Know how to operate lighting consoles
- Testing, troubleshooting and component level repair of moving lights, consoles, dimming systems etc. is a plus
- Maintaining the lighting equipment in good safe working condition
- Observe safe wiring practices and maintain equipment in accordance with industry standards for safe operations
- Ability to work varied schedules and to work overtime and/or holidays.
- Must be fully vaccinated

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
