Things you will be doing as an Executive Chef

• You will work with the group Culinary Director to develop the menu.
• You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and managing the kitchen.
• Maintaining a profitable department, high-quality products, and service levels
• Monitoring industry trends and maintaining competitive and profitable operations.
• Create, review, and refresh new product offerings through an innovative, passionate, hands-on approach.
• Selecting, training and developing personnel within the department

You will be a great fit if have:

• Experience as an Executive Head Chef within a destination Italian/Mediterranean restaurant
• Great knowledge of Italian Cuisine and Culture
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC market is a plus
• Strong Team leader skills
• Strong background in lifestyle/destination establishments.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, and P&L
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
