- Opening for Executive Assistant for Spar Group for Dubai & UK
- Works closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes To manage the activities in Director and to organize the Directors cabin. Manage the Directors appointments and maintain the daily planner and updating Directors mobile. To manage Directors meetings and appointments Arrange for in – house events.
- To manage Directors meetings and appointments Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CBO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports;.
- Coordinating with different internal support functions at Head Office.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (visas, flights, ground transfers, hotel, forex, etc ) with attention to cost, quality and detail.
- Maintain Directors’ agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Coordinate flow of information both internally and externally.
- Handle incoming mail and other material.
- You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters,.
- Prepare and manage correspondence and documents.
- You will be assisting Director’s level person and handling day to day secretarial activities, giving administrative support, travel management, co-ordination with departments, handling personal work, MIS reports etc.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
