SOURCE Global, PBC is looking for a Middle East Marketing Communications Manager to join our high-performing team, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Communications, Lynne Boschee. At a glance, this Dubai-based position is responsible for driving overall awareness of SOURCE Global’s brand, mission and product offerings across the Middle East, South Asia and Asia Pacific regions. You will lead work to understand key customer segments and guide and deploy the company’s marketing and PR initiatives in ways that are meaningful, relevant and drive awareness and action. This is a strategic role within a fast-growing, mission-driven, clean tech company that is committed to solving the global water crisis.

• Drive awareness of the SOURCE brand, corporate entity and mission among existing and potential customers, partners, and consumers in the Middle East, South Asia and Asia Pacific regions
• Partner with the Vice President, Corporate Communications and the Senior Director Product Marketing to shape and implement regional marketing and PR strategies
• Serve as the liaison between global Brand Marketing and the regional Business Development team, supporting performance marketing, social media, events, collateral and influencer strategies in region
• Amplify our public relations efforts; identify and, though earned media, tell compelling stories about our community projects, new product launches and customer installations
• Develop media and marketing materials, including project briefs, press releases, pitch letters, sales collateral, talking points, etc.; coordinate PR and marketing events and activities
• Manage regional media relations. Establish and nurture media relationships; pitch stories to regional outlets
• Serve as SOURCE Global’s spokesperson in the Middle East, South Asia and Asia Pacific regions.
• Support regional brand management of SOURCE® Water, our sustainable bottled water brand, in partnership with our customers/bottlers; identify and manage relationships with beneficiaries of SOURCE Water’s buy-give initiative
• Support local market research for new business ventures and expanding sales channels
• Manage on-the-ground crisis communications in conjunction with Corporate Communications and local agency partners

• 5+ years B2B and B2C marketing communications and PR experience required
• Excellent track record of delivering earned media results against stretch goals
• Demonstrated brand marketing experience, with deep understanding of marketing and PR channels, strategies and tactics
• Well-established regional media relationships, proven experience managing PR partners
• Experience in Sustainable Development, NGOs, Environmental Technologies, Product Innovation across a number of geographies & cultures
• Experience evolving global messaging into regionally relevant content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in global, matrixed organization
• Excellent self-management skills
• Must be performance- and outcomes driven
• Fluent in English
