  • Understand high-end & complex finishes
  • Must understand the full spectrum of Fit Out Services – MEPD-Construction-Shop Fitting
  • Apply QA/QC Systems & Management
  • Must be commercially aware
  • Planning requirements – Resource/Materials/Costs
  • A team player
  • With the ability to manage architectural and engineering teams
  • Client focused individual
  • Able to manage construction allowable schedules and sub-contractor appointments
  • Understand risk analysis and constraint scheduling
