Responsibility:

• Handle architecture design activities including concept design and design development.
• Be responsible for necessary coordination between various design departments such as structural, MEP and QS.
• Coordinate with client and various authorities.
• Implement new design technology.
• Review detailed design drawings produced by the team before tendering.
• Reply to site RFIs for architectural queries.
• 1. Planning & Design Stage:

Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.

Producing Realistic 3D Renders for Client presentation

Develop and produce design schemes which is viable in terms of “build ability” and in terms of local authority guidelines, planning structures and building legislation.

Working around constraining factors such as planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.

Participate in the meeting for discussion of ideas, objectives, requirements, and budget of a project.

Provide the client with sound clear proposal at the outset of the project about the design/development potential; approximate building costs; the need for various statutory consents; project programming, and likely time scales.

Prepare and present feasibility reports as required and design proposals to the client.

Evaluate project impacts and escalate issues and risks approximately.

Ensure product and services delivered to attain client satisfaction.

Provide quality customer service delivering solutions, meeting client’s expectations relative to design, image, productivity and quality.

Develop precise work plans, process and action steps supporting company’s overall strategies and achieve results.

• 2. Documentation Stage:

Prepare tender applications and presentations.

Produce all necessary documents/detailed drawings, schedules etc. with collaboration with the planning engineer & finance in preparing the tender documents.

Study Contract Agreement between SAEC and Contractors and or Suppliers for any discrepancies and lapses.

Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to architectural standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).

• 3. Construction Stage:

Adapting/Updating plans according to circumstances and resolving problems and issues that arises during construction.

Conduct site visit if required to ensure that the environmental impact of the project is managed, the project status and report on project.

Provide clarification about the design and specifications by responding to RFI’s (Request for Information) when request.

Review project documentation as requested to ensure it meets standard is horizontally integrated and fulfils the process strategy of organization.

Direct support implementation and maintain standards promoting achievement of successful design execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Completed 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expert in CAD
• Expert in Sketch-Up and other rendering software.
• Knowledgeable in general engineering disciplines such as structural and electromechanical systems.
• Strong leadership personality and team player
• Project Portfolio from the previous projects and Sample of Works
