Solar O&M Project Engineer OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Solar O&M Project Engineer to join our team at Energy Jobline. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our ground-mounted solar farms.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of our solar farmsConduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain equipment, identifying and addressing any issues promptlyCollaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system efficiencyProvide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceededRequirements:1+ years of experience in solar O&M or a related fieldStrong knowledge of maintenance procedures and schedulesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageThe opportunity to work with a leading solar and BESS service providerA dynamic and supportive team environmentLocation: Our solar farms are located around the Southampton and Salisbury area.
