Provide solutions, from urban design perspective, for all issues related to plot amalgamation or sub-division that complies with the overall approved master plan requirements.• Ensure that all designs are in full compliance with the approved master plan requirements and regulations.• Contribute toward updating discipline master planning codes, standards, specifications, and best practices.• Carry out duties and responsibilities in all areas of urban design and master planning.• Develop urban design and master planning concepts and independently translate them into strong and compelling graphic images.• Prepare and/or review feasibility studies, Pre-concept and Concept masterplans, Design Development for Masterplans / Urban designs, based on the approved Scope of Services / work.• Review design, specifications and drawings related to the discipline of master planning / urban design submitted by Contractors and/ or Consultants.• Provide technical support to projects on master planning and urban design related matters during construction, and commissioning stages of projects, which often involves site visits, reviews materials, mock-ups, shop drawings and submittals referred from projects.• Keep abreast of current technology and international master planning and urban design best practices as well as current regulations of local and national authorities.
QualificationsEssential• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or an equivalent technical qualification• Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant experience
