- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HVAC
- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering in minimum and preferably to have a post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering, LEED credentials, knowledge in IES energy modelling software.
- 20 to 25 years of relevant experience in the industry
- Absolute command in Design with adequate knowledge in Installation, testing and commissioning
- Developing detailed HVAC system design by spear heading complete functions which shall include but not limited to performing heating/cooling load calculation, design drawings adhering to codes/regulations, smoke management, ducting and piping layouts.
- Experience in producing innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Good project management skills within HVAC discipline.
- Experience of coordination activities within multi-disciplinary environment.
- Adequate commercial knowledge in HVAC related scope of works.
