Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and allot resource utilization plan.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives of the handling project.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Help prepare costing & budgets.
- Analyze risks and opportunities of the project and activities.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants & client.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) related to site and project requirement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Supervising sub-contractors if any under his jurisdiction.
- As part of his work as a liaison between the subcontractors and the rest of the project team, as well as in keeping with his duties related to the project’s budget, should collects and disseminate invoices.
- Performs related works as required.
Qualifications:
3- 4 years hands on gulf experience in construction or MEP Industry
- Proven track record of successful project completions
- Good planning & organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously; set priorities; identify & address problems & meet deadlines
- UAE Driving license is desirable
