Job Description :
• Understanding fully the requirements of the project including drawings, specifications, documentation, budget costs of materials, resources, typical productive outputs etc.
• Assisting the team in drawing up work program, resource plan for maintaining the site.
• Should achieve the KPI as per the Client’s requirement
• Responsible for ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with the work schedule and within the timelines and cost constraints.
• Maintaining all the sites within the Budget.
• Recommending the plants for the Landscaping design
• Maintenance of different types of Palms
• Coordinating with the QS for tracking cost.
• Planning and liaising with Site Engineers for requirement of materials, resources and timely delivery at site.
• Monitoring of plant, labour and material allocations and advising Site Engineers of any future potential problems.
• Highlighting to Quantity Surveyor any potential variations or additional works.
• Providing leadership, organizational support skills and promoting teamwork to achieve targets.
• Coordinating with Safety personnel for fulfilling safety requirements throughout the project and encouraging / promoting and maintaining safe site working practices with work team.
