Job Responsibilities
- Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
- Access different job portals and upload applicant resumes
- Phone-Screening candidates
- Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment related activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in recruitment
- Candidate should have a valid residence visa
- Working a degree towards Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent is preferred
- Can work in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 per month
