Job Responsibilities:
– Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
– Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
– Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
– Access different job portals and upload applicant resumes
– Phone-Screening candidates
– Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment-related activities
Required Skills & Experience:
– 1-2 years experience in recruitment
– The candidate should have a valid residence visa
– Working a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent is preferred
– Can work in a fast-paced working environment
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
– Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills
