Job Profile: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager would be expected to build long-lasting, profitable relationships with clients, always striving to find the products that best fit individual clients’ specific needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales and/or account management organization
• Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnership and year over year revenue growth
• Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with the Real Estate Brokers, Freelance Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of restructuring contract term and condition relating legal, finance and billing
• Ability to work across cross-functional team to drive results with external and internal stakeholders
• Supporting clients and assisting them with the paperwork whenever necessary

The Profile we are looking for:

• Fluency in Russian is a must
• Target oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Quick learner with a zeal to perform at a top-notch level
• Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred
• Someone who believes in bringing in the best numbers and being rewarded for the same
