The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. Responsibilities:Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient use of time.Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, and respond appropriately or redirect as necessary.Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries, including domestic and international travel.Manager internal/external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and partners, maintaining positive relationships and facilitating communication.Experience & qualifications:3 to 4 years of experience.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.Additional Information:This is a full-time position.Competitive salary and benefits package offered.Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
