Our client is a distributor of a wide range of specialty chemicals and industrial chemicals throughout the Middle East and Africa. The company was established as a start-up in 2009 and has been growing ever since.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
Conduct all sales coordination for the CEO.
Preparation for Tradeshows.
Performing project-based work as assigned.
Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
Liaising with building management on any facilities related issues.
Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments.
Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
Driving performance marketing via Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel, Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and SEO / SEM.
Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.
Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.
Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.
Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
You have at least 1 year experience within a Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or Digital Marketing role, ideally within the Chemical industry.
You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
You can work at a fast pace.
You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
You have experience in the UAE.
Experience within Calendar Management, CRM / Loyalty Marketing, Employer Branding, Social Media / Viral Marketing, Travel Management, Facilities Management, Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
You have good knowledge of Google Analytics.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
You have excellent written and spoken English.
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
