Our client is a real estate agency established in 2023 in the United Arab Emirates by a team of highly qualified and talented sales managers, specializing in the Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary).
The Job
As Sales Manager (Arabic-speaking), you will be generating customer leads according to the methods provided by the company;
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers at the agency and by phone;
Controlling the various stages of the sales process: delivery, collection of payment,
Analyzing sales results in order to optimize figures and take corrective action;
Drafting reports, filling in dashboards, and managing staff schedules;
Conducting market research;
Organizing meetings.
Ideal Candidate
You have additional knowledge of a third language would be appreciated;
You are a business school graduate and have sales experience;
You have experience in real estate desired but not essential;
You are very comfortable in writing and speaking;
Fluent in Arabic and English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
You have good computer skills.
