A leading DSA is seeking qualified and efficient sales professionals with experience in selling banking products mainly Credit Cards.
The Job
As a Relationship Officer, you will proactively identify new customers and create new business opportunities by approaching them.
Your responsibilities will include:
Achieving and exceeding the assigned sales target every month.
Negotiate terms & conditions of the deal between the bank and the customer.
Follow & stay updated with the bank policies thereby ensuring the same from the client.
Expand business by nurturing potential customer relationships.
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Ideal Candidate
Qualification: University Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience in credit card sales, and personal loans category, ideally within the Corporate Banking, Retail Banking and Private Banking industry.
Freshers interested in sales with good communication also can apply.
Must be available in U.A.E to join immediately.
Good communication skills, convincing power & a passion for sales.
Ability to work under pressure in a team as well as independently.
You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
Experience in Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.
Experience covering Consumers is a strong plus.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
