The Job
Your responsibilities will include:

Identify Client Needs: Understand clients’ property needs and preferences; actively listen to concerns and provide solutions.
Property Listings: Research, find, and match properties according to the clients’ needs.
Conduct Viewings: Schedule and conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that all parties’ needs are met.
Legal Compliance: Work within the framework of UAE real estate laws and follow the regulations set by the Dubai Land Department.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of the real estate market in Dubai, understanding trends, and providing insights to clients.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and other real estate professionals.
Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Marketing & Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting properties, using both online and offline channels.

Ideal Candidate
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a real estate agent or a similar role preferred.
License: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is often preferred to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using property databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
