Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Office Coordinator.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Handling a range of trust administration responsibilities including drafting trust documentation, minutes and resolutions.
Assisting with client onboarding and KYC processes and ensuring documentation is complete.
Facilitating bank account opening.
Ensuring the database contains accurate and up to date information.
Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
Managing 1-5 team members.
Ideal Candidate
You have at least 1 year experience within a Trust Officer / Trust Administrator role, ideally within the IT industry.
You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
