The Job
You will be responsible for :
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with clients.
cold calling and generating client requirements.
Providing and preparing with high-quality and competitive proposals.
Taking a “design brief” to understand requirements.
Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to clients.
Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
Ideal Candidate
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within Sales, Community Management, Interior Designing.
Experience within Area Sales, Community Management and National Sales would be a strong advantage.
Experience covering Real Estate, Infrastructure, Architecture, Interior designing , Hospitality is strong plus.
You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
You have solid experience in a sales role ideally including experience covering India , Southeast Asia and Middle east.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different clients.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple clients
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
