The Job
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources into electronic databases or spreadsheets.
Data Verification: Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness.
Data Editing: Review and edit data entries to correct errors or inconsistencies.
Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing databases by adding or removing information as required.
Quality Control: Perform quality checks on data to identify and rectify discrepancies or inaccuracies.
Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to data entry procedures and guidelines.
Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from the database as requested by management.
Efficiency: Ensure data entry tasks are completed within established timeframes while maintaining accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure data integrity and consistency across departments.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company policies and guidelines related to data management and security.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements in data entry processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Data Entry or Service Management role.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have working knowledge of Ms office and Data Entry
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
