In a period of slightly over 20 years, the company has ventured into investment, real estate, and education sectors, besides having its marketing consultancy and auditing agencies.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
Development of Strategies and Action Plans to achieve sales revenue targets within timelines
Attending a significant number of client meetings through calls, virtual platforms or physical every week
Developing proposals, quotations, and tenders for inquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets
Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue within government and corporate organizations
Deliver innovative event management services
Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities
Ideal Candidate
You have at least 4 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), ideally within the Real Estate industry, involved into venue sales, space selling etc..
Experience within Industrial Real Estate and Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.
Experience covering High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Infrastructure, Industrial & Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer, Chemicals & Energy, Mining & Resources, Public Sector and Real Estate is strong plus.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multitask effectively.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
