We are looking for a young, vibrant, and energetic receptionist who will undertake a variety of day-to-day office, admin, coordination tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests or clients entering the office in a professional manner, assisting them with their queries and answering any questions, directing them to the meeting room, alerting employees when someone is there to meet or visit them, and offer them refreshments
· Answer a multiple line phone system and manage calls by transferring them to the proper extensions or taking messages whenever employees are not available
· Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients and also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
· Handle coordinating tasks via phone and email
· Handle event coordination such us contacting suppliers and making sure everything is in a correct and timely manner
· Handle inventory of office giveaways or gifts
· Handle website Live Chat, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
· Handle leads list and distribute them to sales team
Requirements:
· High school diploma or college certificate required
· 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
· Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written
· Organized and resourceful
