1. Civil Foreman (3 positions)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Mentor and guide construction crews.
Maintain project doentation and reports.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in civil construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
2. Civil Engineer (2 positions)
Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning and design.
Prepare and review construction plans and specifications.
Oversee project execution and quality control.
Collaborate with project stakeholders.
Resolve technical issues and challenges.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of civil engineering experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Provide safety training to employees and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain safety records and reports.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in safety management.
Relevant safety certifications.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
