We are seeking a Hangar Master/Guest Experience Assistant to join our Skydive Dubai Team.Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for all customers at the drop zone.Greet and welcome customers when they arrive and begin the check-in process.Check-in and keep track of all tandem customers on the daily schedule.Assist customers with completing the registration form and address any questions the customers may have.Measure weight, and height, and calculate BMI for all tandem customers to ensure they are all within the requirements to skydive.Assist any walk-in customers, and answer questions throughout the day regarding the tandem process and information to potential customers.Make all copies and complete the necessary filing at the end of each day.Minimum Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant qualification.Minimum of 1-year experience working in Customer Service.For more information about Shamal, please visit our LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/shamalholding/Note: Due to a high influx of profiles, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
