Senior Leasing Consultant is responsible for heading, managing and overseeing all aspects of the leasing function of Freehold Properties

Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day operations of leasing department and ensure maximum optimization of the team.
– Establish and monitor objectives to ensure successful achievement
– Manage all leasing activities including vetting prospective clients, attracting new tenants, rental negotiations and – delivering attractive leasing packages

– Assist on conducting mass interviews to fill in and expand the leasing team in specialized areas.

– Drive performance excellence of Leasing teams and monitor Leasing related performance metrics

– Provide guidance on team matters, such as gathering meetings, tenant information, leasing negotiations, sourcing new tenants, liaising with internal and external developers/ building managements.

– Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
– Coordinate with the team and the clients to resolve any issues
– Keep attuned to retail market trends and developments and be knowledgeable about competitive prices

– Coordinate and provide status updates to the General manager to ensure effective and efficient leasing operations.
– Provides other support to management, as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications, Experience:

• Holding a valid UAE Driving license
• 3 years experience minimum in freehold leasing
• Extensive knowledge of leasing management

Competencies / Skills and Knowledge:

• Possess strong Leadership and decision making qualities
• A team player
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of managing leasing contracts and negotiation, exposure to tender management
• Strong command of Leasing policies and procedures
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong negotiation and sales skills

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7000 commission

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
