Job Description
Urgent Requirement for a Personal Secretary (Looking for Immediate Joiners)
Experience : 4+ years of experience working into secretarial role or administrative role (Female candidates only). CANDIDATES MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN A REAL ESTATE COMPANY.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
· Attend meetings and keep minutes
· Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Make travel arrangements for executives
· Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
· Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Excellent in Excel and reporting
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Proven 3+ years of experience as Secretary or similar administrative role
· Proficient in MS Office & ERP Software
· In depth knowledge of office management as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
· Familiarity with basic management research methods and reporting techniques
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
· Integrity and confidentiality
· Graduation in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
