Job description:

Sky View Real Estate, is looking for a Property Leasing Manager for freehold areas.

Organize, guide and maintain leasing operations in order to meet agreed-upon revenue goals while staying under budgeted costs. Motivate the staff, create and execute leasing processes, and report to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Directs a group of leasing experts.
• Oversees the execution of all paperwork and ensures that customers are treated properly.
• Participate in marketing promotions and on-campus activities by coordinating and participating in them.
• Manage marketing and leasing reports on a regular and weekly basis.
• Prepare plans, lease offers, and other documents related to new and existing tenancies.
• Ascertain that the team’s composition is optimal and that all participants are working at their best.
• Ensure that all sales and leasing staff are well qualified and encouraged in order to meet the company’s revenue goals.
• To promote business and answer any customer complaints, establish and maintain successful relationships with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
