Position Name – Sr. Manager, Field Marketing
Location – Dubai
Experience Range – 5 – 10 years
Mandatory Requirement:
- Been doing Field Marketing in B2B SaaS for 5-10 years. Overall marketing experience of up to 15 years
- Strong understanding of the Dubai / Saudi / Egypt / Kuwait market landscapes and evolution.
- The existing network of vendors, service providers, event organizers, media houses and speakers is a bonus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage with Event Organizers / Media Houses to chart out a calendar for internal/external events throughout each quarter
- Work with SDR / Marketing teams to define Guest List and ensure the invitation process is executed smoothly.
- Define the editorial track on content/theme of collaterals to be produced for the events
- Liaise with other teams on aligning internal speakers and content for the events
- Coordinate logistics with Venues – reservation, F&B etc.
- Coordinate with event vendors for on-ground infra, video shoots etc.
Qualification and Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in field marketing.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
