Position Name -Finance Associate- Payroll
Location – Dubai
Experience Range – 4 -7 years
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Running Payroll process of all employees based out of our UAE processes for multiple companies
- Handling all onboarding & exit formalities and documentation with close coordination with HR team, Business teams and Finance team
- Running analysis and reports
- Maintaining and managing employee-wise tracker as needed by finance or Exec team
- Managing payout of bonus/ incentives for each employee
- Keeping track of payouts made and pending payouts
- Custodian of all employee and other documents
Who should apply for this role ?
- Bachelors with at least 4-7 years of experience in similar role
- Masters/ MBA in Finance/Analytics/ HR will be preferred
- Proficient in advanced analytics and reporting using MS Excel/ Google Sheets
- Meticulous, organised, and good with documentation
- Great with numbers
