At IIQAFGROUP, we are seeking a highly skilled Site Preparation Specialist to assist in the preparation of construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing sites, materials, and tools, as well as loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools for construction activities.Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.Remove debris, garbage, and hazardous materials from sites.Assemble and disassemble barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding.Assist contractors, such as electricians and painters, as needed.Operate and transport heavy machinery and equipment.Regulate traffic and erect traffic signs.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.Dig holes, tunnels, and shafts as required.Mix, pour, and level concrete for construction projects.Requirements:A high school diploma is preferred, but not required.Previous work experience in a similar role may be beneficial.Licensure to work with hazardous materials may be required.Ability to undergo training if necessary.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Good physical health and fitness.
