Sisley is present in more than 100 countries, and Sisley Dubai is currently looking for a Ecommerce Manager.The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for generating sales via online channels (1 platform UAE (en/ar) + 1 platform KSA (en/ar) ) both managed internally. Liaising with key stakeholders you will have a responsibility in optimizing the digital customer journey and improve the online experience and KPIs according to the local specificities. You will manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales and conversions. You will also create and present regular performance reports to your management team. You will be responsible for playing a key role in building brand awareness and enhancing the brand identity. You will need to be a commercially minded, sales orientated, experienced Ecommerce professional, preferably with experience gained in a similar role within the Beauty / Luxury industry.Key Responsibilities: ● Trading Performance-Define the trading strategy according to the markets specificities-Collaborate with marketing on content and promotional calendars to ensurerelevant content is being pushed-Manage the day to day trading and management of the websites-Accountable for the execution and delivery of on-site promotions and content activity-Responsible for weekly and monthly reports, providing detailed analysisaround performance (products, offers,…)-Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan the ecommerce trading calendar-Build lasting relationships with Head Office in Paris to ensure new trading initiatives are implemented in a timely and effective manner-Regularly research market trends and changes to adjust website and products accordingly● Media-Manage with Head Office and the marketing team the local media strategy(Paid search, social media campaigns, affiliation strategy…)-Follow up with head office on the media budget / rentability of the websites-Regularly research market trends and changes to adjust the media campaigns accordingly● CRM / Newsletter-Analyze the CRM database and adapt the strategy accordingly-Define a customized approach for VIP customers-Define the Newsletter / Whatsapp campaigns strategy and coordinateit withthe Head Office-Reporting on the newsletter / Whatsapp campaigns performance● Customer service-Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments on the different channels-Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment-Reporting on the customer service● E-retail -Ensure the visibility of the brand on the main e-retailers websites and channels-Define the commercial strategy and ensure the consistency with the ecommerce commercial approach-Manage with the e-retailer teams the social media campaigns-Analyze the sale data and monitor the brand rankingSkillset:● Proven experience in an E-Commerce role in the Middle East region● An understanding of online marketing channels and the metrics used to measure performance● Results driven● Knowledge of digital media strategy and trends● Exceptional communication skills; ability to work within the wider team and provide insights in a coherent and actionable manner● Positive and enthusiastic with an emphasis on finding solutions● Ability to interpret data to help drive strategic business decisions● Fluent ENG / AR
