The Role
My client is one of the most renowned design firms currently involved on a number of exciting projects within the Hotel/Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Educational and Residential sectors. As part of their continued development, they have recently been awarded a number of projects and are looking to expand the team. Their most pressing requirement is a Project Director in Dubai to take the lead independently in running a portfolio of projects and being an integral member of the senior team. The role is open to candidates globally but ideally those with previous UAE/Middle East experience. Key Activities (But not limited to): • Manage large scale projects through all design stages. • Oversee the design and documentation process. • Oversee submissions to Clients, Authorities and Service providers. • Take responsibility for issued information for each stage of the project. • Be aware of project budgetary constraints – work closely with the project cost consultant to ensure designs are executed within directed parameters. • Work closely with the Client and project cost consultant to develop and/ or understand the procurement strategy, and execute tender stage services

Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience • Must have a Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture • Experience of working within Architecture practices • Good communication skills • Has worked on large scale projects through all design phases
