Job Description:

The role of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is to provide RBT services to children who are in need of therapy. This includes the implementation of an integrative treatment plan developed using several ASD therapies by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and integrative doctor, addressing communication, behavior, feeding, daily living and social skills. The RBT will also monitor the progress of a treatment plan and work closely with the BCBA to update the treatment plan as necessary.

Furthermore, you will be required to complete the following tasks:

• Collect data in sessions

• Assist in therapy sessions

• Make materials for therapy

• Be able to do 1 on 1 sessions alone

• Make graphs from data collection software

• Collaborate in ABA meetings for program development

• Talk to parents and guide them through home work

• Teach learners the most developmentally appropriate functional skills as determined by each individual assessment and treatment plan

• Work with individual learners or groups of learners within the natural environments

• Responsible for daily upkeep of program materials for assigned learners

• Protect and ensure the health and safety of each child in the Center

• Participate in the development of reports, treatment plans and problem behavior reduction plans

Skills

• Must have knowledge of the principles and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis and other ASD therapies.

• Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms

• Must have a passion for working with children with disabilities

• Good communication skills

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology is preferable.

• Must have an RBT License from BACB

• RBT experienced (Min 2 Years)

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities

• Experience working with children with behavior problems

• Spouse visa is preferred
• In addition to the Resume/CV, a copy of your RBT BACB license or certification must be uploaded. Only then will your application be deemed acceptable.

Pay: Basic AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month; Plus Visa, 20% transport allowance, 5% phone allowance, annual Return ticket to hometown. Gain Share as applicable.
